Medical Clerk Certificate

Program Information

Central to the smooth function of a medical institution, including doctors’ offices, health clinics and other health care organizations, Medical Clerks are good communicators, have a high attention to detail and are excellent typists. Learn the basics of common medical conditions, communicating effectively in a medical setting, proper medical terminology, including spelling and pronunciation, and gain an understanding of medical tests and surgical procedures. Led by instructors with industry expertise, courses in this program are offered in a flexible, part-time, online and interactive format that may include face-to-face live video conferencing, allowing you to learn in an engaging environment, without interrupting your current employment.

Credentials College-Approved Certificate

Residency Students must complete a minimum number of credits in this program with their registering college to meet the Program Residency requirement to graduate from the program.
