Occupational Health Nursing
Program Information
| Occupational Health Nurses play an important role in providing health and safety services in workplaces, both for employers and employees. Through this Certificate program, you will study ergonomics and disability management, health and safety management, health and safety legislation and more, preparing you for practice as an Occupational Health Nurse.
Led by instructors who are experienced industry professionals, this program will assist with meeting the application qualifications for the Canadian Nurses Association specialty certification examination (COHN-C) or enhance the knowledge and skills of experienced Occupational Health Nurses. |
Credentials College-Approved Certificate
Residency
Students must complete a minimum number of credits in this program with their registering college to meet the Program Residency requirement to graduate from the program.
Completion
All courses must be completed within five years of acceptance into the program.
