Medical Terminology (Micro-credential)
Program Information
| The Medical Terminology program is designed for those who already have an administrative background and want to build entry-level medical language skills to communicate effectively within healthcare settings. There is a focus on medical terminology and terms related to common medical conditions, diagnostic tests, anatomy and physiology, and pharmacology.
A digital badge will be awarded upon successful completion of this Micro-credential. After successful completion of all courses in the Program of Study you must notify us via email at pplbadges@durhamcollege.ca. Once verified, a digital badge will be issued to you. |
Credentials Other
Residency Students must complete a minimum number of credits in this program with their registering college to meet the Program Residency requirement to graduate from the program.
Completion
All courses must be completed within 2 years of acceptance into the program.
