Building Environmental Systems – Operator
Program Information
| These courses are designed to train technicians in the operation and maintenance of today’s complex buildings. It is recommended that applicants be employed in a building operation. BES Operator also benefits technical sales representatives, energy auditors and building contractors; anyone responsible for effective building operation or who wants to expand their skills portfolio. These certificates are recognized by the Toronto Building Managers and Operators Association (TBMOA). The Operator Class I certificate is recognized by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
Students will gain knowledge and understanding of how all systems function in commercial, office, institutional and residential buildings, and how they can be operated and maintained more efficiently. |
Credentials College-Approved Certificate
Residency Students must complete a minimum number of credits in this program with their registering college to meet the Program Residency requirement to graduate from the program.
Completion All courses must be completed within 5 years of acceptance into the program.
