Course Information
This course examines the unique characteristics and challenges of operations management within service-oriented and public sector organizations. Students explore topics such as service delivery models, performance measurement, resource allocation, quality management, and stakeholder engagement. Emphasis is placed on applying operational principles to enhance efficiency and responsiveness in non-manufacturing environments.
