Professional Practice in Digitization
Course Information
This discovery-based course is ideally-suited for participants with existing exposure to the digitization industry, either through experience or previous education. Participants in the course delve into components of a typical digitization plan, exploring key considerations for companies that engage in digitization work within their organization. The course includes training in essential skills such as leadership skills, conflict resolution, critical thinking and project management. It also addresses special human resources considerations in this dynamic field.
