Course Information

Productivity and efficiency are essential for high functioning manufacturing operations. This course will provide you with tools and techniques to implement and manage process improvement in the manufacturing environment. You will learn Lean concepts, strategies for systems and inventory management, process documentation, and tactical and strategic planning.
