Principles of Business Management and Research Part 1 (Degree Level)

Course Information

Students in the first part of this course analyze various factors that impact today’s business operations. Key managerial functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling are analyzed to determine techniques and tools used by managers to achieve organizational goals. Organizational behaviour issues are analyzed to determine their impact on individuals, groups, and the wider work environment.
