Course Information
This course is designed to assist students in working effectively with families. Early Childhood Educators recognize the valuable input families contribute to the child care centre. The dual role of families as a resource and client will be examined. In addition the role of child care as a resource and support system to families will be identified.

Field Placement I - students must have pre-req otherwise they will be asked to withdraw from the course. Georgian College is the exception as per prior agreement. Georgian students will be required to complete a substitute assignment.
