Organizational Change and Leadership

Course Information

This course is designed to provide the student with a hands-on approach to facilitating change in contemporary business environments. The theory of change management is framed within strategic, purposeful, and behavioural dimensions and emphasizes how the HR professional in such settings may serve as a consultant to, or leader of, such initiatives. The course also explores the importance of leadership in driving successful change. Students will be exposed to a leadership model that helps facilitate the achievement of related business goals and strategies.
