Operations Management (Degree Level)
Course Information
Students gain an understanding of the purpose, scope, and role of Operational Management, from the perspective of both manufacturing and service operations. Students will study activities that relate to the creation of goods and services through the transformation of inputs into outputs. Students are required to study the current operations management cases in services/manufacturing companies and submit the report covering the course topics investigated during the research.
