Microbiology (PN-BScN)

Course Information

In this course, you will identify major classes of microbes and describe microbial structures and functions along with their biochemistry and growth requirements. You will link fundamental concepts to clinical practice contexts, including identification of microbes, diagnosis, treatment, and drug resistance. Some of the key concepts explored in this course include disease prevention, human-microbe interactions, the immune response, and microbial control.
