Medical Office Procedures

Course Information

Medical Office Procedures is designed for the learner who is pursuing a career in health administration in a physician’s office, clinic, or hospital setting. It will include information on professional and career responsibilities,interpersonal and written communications, safety standards, infection control, records management, order entry,financial administration, and managing the medical office. The Canada Health Act and the principles of OHIP medical billing will be introduced.
