Meat Processing Fundamentals Placement
Course Information
Students are given the opportunity for firsthand experience in the work environment. Field placements allow students to practice the skills learned in the school environment. Students develop a good understanding of how their personal habits can impact the effectiveness of the workplace. They will see how punctuality and work ethic have a direct relationship with the bottom line. The field placement also provides the student with an opportunity to explore various options and to gain an awareness of the opportunities found in the construction Industry.
