Examine decision-making competencies and key factors supporting successful management and implementation of change. Develop strategic and project planning skills. Assess leadership outcomes through an analysis of impacts on the organization or community. Apply critical thinking skills and accurate, persuasive communication to library leadership in a multimedia world.
