Inclusive Leadership Practices: Leadership in Contemporary Workplaces (7 weeks)
Course Information
This course provides students with the opportunity to analyze the diverse workforce and consider the role of leadership in building inclusive workplaces in a globalized world. Various models of leadership will be examined with a focus on inclusive practices that build effective work environments. Students will explore the challenges in creating inclusion and reflect on their own values and beliefs relative to inclusive leadership practices
