Apply the basic principles of effective supervision to a library environment. Topics include planning, recruitment, selection, training, motivation, delegation and time management.

OSSD, general or advanced level, with a pass standing in Grade 12 English at the general level OR successful completion of a Mature Student Test. Library related experience is strongly recommended.
