Healthy Living and the Caregiver
Course Information
This course aims to introduce students to the concepts of health and wellness through the lens of the caregiver. It will provide students with knowledge and resources that can be applied to the client(s) in their care and to develop a set of tools to help prevent caregiver burnout. Caregivers will be encouraged to collate information from this course and practically apply it.
