Health Assessment Through the Lifespan (IEN)

Course Information

Health Assessment?Through the Lifespan develops health assessment skills for nursing practice in Ontario. Learners will conduct inclusive, and culturally safe subjective and objective assessments—including health history, vital signs, physical examination, and system-based assessments through the lifespan. This course emphasizes documentation, regulatory standards, professional communication, and ethical, legal considerations central to competent nursing practice.
