Group and Team Development (formerly Interactive Learning Processes)

Course Information

This subject introduces students to the principles and processes of small group communication. Working through the academic content you will learn about and have the opportunity to demonstrate effective group communication skills. Building on your previous knowledge and skills acquired in the pre-requisite courses you will further your knowledge of adult learning theory, and how differing learning styles play a role in the achievement of a groups goals. Through the development and delivery of a group project you will have the opportunity to facilitate a discussion forum and provide constructive feedback.
