Dealing with Difficult People
Course Information
Understanding people and being able to work with them is one of the major keys to management and life success. In this course, students will learn to identify and cope with some of the most difficult behaviours you may encounter. Topics include personality styles, establishing rapport, body language, matching and mirroring techniques, and the skills necessary to feel totally connected with individuals.
