Conflict Resolution
Course Information
This course develops the ability to manage and resolve workplace conflict constructively. Learners will analyze sources of conflict, explore communication and negotiation strategies, and apply conflict resolution frameworks to real-world situations. Through interactive learning activities and reflection, students strengthen interpersonal skills essential to foster collaboration and maintaining positive workplace relationships.
