Communication for Client Care
Course Information
In this course, students will refine their ability to communicate within a care team in the field of community support services. With a specific focus on objective reporting and case notes, students will develop the writing skills needed to maintain an accurate record of client interactions and communications. Students will also work on presentation skills to convey accurate and meaningful information to a variety of audiences.
