Automotive Service Advisor I
Course Information
Students will develop core skills in customer service, communication, and automotive fundamentals. Students learn how first impressions, professionalism, and effective listening shape customer satisfaction. The course covers managing difficult customers, resolving complaints, and understanding the sales process. Key technical topics include engines, cooling systems, brakes, exhaust, tires, alignment, ignition, and fuel injection. Learners also explore time and stress management, consumer rights, documentation, and the importance of delivering a consistent, positive service experience.
