AI for Supply Chain (7 weeks)
Course Information
In this course, students will explore how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming modern supply chain operations. Students will examine foundational AI concepts and their application across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. Through industry examples and guided learning activities, students will assess how artificial intelligence (AI) can support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, route optimization and automation in supply chain environments. Students will also evaluate opportunities, limitations, risks, and ethical considerations associated with AI adoption in supply chain practice. By the end of the course, students will be able to interpret AI-enabled use cases and make informed decisions about the responsible integration of AI into supply chain workflows.
