Course Information
In this course, students explore how artificial intelligence transforms project management practices. Through hands-on activities, discussions, and a capstone project, learners apply AI tools to planning, communication, risk analysis, and workflow optimization. The course leverages concepts aligned with PMBOK standards and emerging AI competencies.

It is strongly recommended that students have a mastery of competencies usually obtained by completing SH-PROG70050 AI Prompt Engineering and SH-PROG70052 Agentic AI.
