Course Information

Learners explore how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming human resources in areas such as streamlining recruitment, enabling personalized employee development, and supporting strategic workforce planning. Topics include AI-driven talent acquisition, performance management, HR analytics, bias mitigation, ethical AI design, and global regulatory frameworks. Learners examine how AI can increase efficiency, enhance decision-making, and improve the employee experience across the HR function.
Through case studies, practical examples, hands-on activities, and critical discussion, students learn to evaluate current trends, assess the capabilities and limitations of AI tools, and apply them responsibly within HR contexts.
