AI for Entrepreneurs
Course Information
This course introduces learners to the practical use of artificial intelligence (AI) in small business environments. Learners will explore how AI tools can leverage workflows, enhance human and AI decision-making, and reduce operational stress in a rapidly evolving marketplace. Through hands-on activities, learners will apply AI to real-world business challenges such as drafting communications, planning social media, analyzing finances, and responding to customer inquiries. Emphasis is placed on selecting the right tool for the task and using it responsibly and effectively. Learners will develop their custom AI adoption plan after completion of this course and apply it immediately to their business.

Prerequisite(s):
It is strongly recommended that students have a mastery of competencies usually obtained by completing SH-PROG70050 AI Prompt Engineering and SH-PROG70052 Agentic AI.
